Your cost could be $0 if your insurance covers $100+. The $20 credit can be applied to your initial treatment.

Meet Dr. Dan Sullins
Dr. Dan Sullins brings a unique "brain-body" approach to chiropractic care. With a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University and advanced training in Clinical Neuroscience through the Carrick Institute, he goes beyond treating symptoms to understand how your nervous system drives your body's function.
His diverse clinical experience includes working with professional athletes, international patients, and veterans at a veteran's hospital. Dr. Dan is passionate about injury prevention and patient education — helping you understand your body so it can perform at its best.
