About Wendy
Wendy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. She supports clients working through trauma recovery, anxiety, burnout, workplace-related stress, life transitions, cultural adjustment, identity exploration, and neurodivergent-affirming care.
Her clinical training includes Narrative Therapy Foundation One Certification, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 certification, and advanced training in trauma-informed care. Wendy's approach is compassionate and person-centred, with safety, autonomy, and emotional steadiness at the centre of the counselling process.
In sessions, Wendy draws from trauma-informed counselling, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection to help clients better understand their nervous system, regulate emotions, and build a stronger sense of resilience and self-compassion. She works to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they move through change at a pace that feels manageable.
Away from work, Wendy finds balance outdoors, whether she is camping or exploring local trails for mushroom foraging. Time with her dog also helps her stay grounded and connected to the natural world.

Carla supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression and mood-related challenges, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. Her work includes support for attachment and developmental trauma, as well as the changes that can come with career shifts, separation, parenthood, and family stress.

She works to create a space that feels safe, attuned, and empowering, offering support, curiosity, and gentle guidance rather than judgment.
