About Ali

Ali Shafiei is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and additional certification in vestibular rehabilitation and IMS (intramuscular stimulation). He works with patients managing chronic pain, muscle and joint concerns, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and ICBC or WorkSafeBC rehabilitation.

His care is patient-centred and grounded in current evidence. Ali takes time to understand what may be contributing to each patient's pain or movement limitation, then builds treatment around manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and active rehabilitation.

His goal is to help patients move with more confidence, build strength, support long-term recovery, and reduce future injury risk where possible. Outside the clinic, Ali enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, and spending time with family and friends. Staying active is part of his own life and shapes how he encourages patients to build realistic movement habits.

About Reshma

Reshma Mehta is an experienced Physiotherapist who provides one-on-one care for injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, and mobility issues. Her focus is clear: reduce pain, restore movement, and help patients return to daily life with more confidence.

Reshma completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2003, followed by a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Sciences in Mumbai, India. With a strong foundation in manual therapy, she is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner. This movement-based approach allows her to correct joint restrictions and improve mobility while the patient is active, often yielding effective results for conditions involving the spine and extremities.

Complementing her manual therapy skills, Reshma has advanced training in Neurodevelopmental Techniques (NDT) and motor control, Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and the management of TMJ disorders. She treats a diverse range of patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations, and is experienced in managing sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Reshma also works extensively with ICBC, WCB, and short/long-term disability clients.

Patient education is central to Reshma's philosophy. She takes the time to explain posture, ergonomics, and pain management strategies, then builds home exercise plans around each patient's symptoms, routine, and recovery goals. Outside the clinic, Reshma enjoys cooking, dancing, and practicing yoga.
